Agnor Elementary State of the School

Mission StatementAt Agnor Elementary we are committed to our division mission. Working together as a team, we will end the predictive value of race, class, gender, and special capacities for our children’s success through high-quality teaching and learning for all. We seek to build relationships with families and communities to ensure that every student succeeds. We will know every student.

At its meeting on March 28, 2024, the Albemarle County School Board formally approved partially retaining the name of the school as Agnor Elementary School. The board’s action supported the recommendations of the advisory committee, the superintendent, and members of the school community.
